Digital Products

Digital products that are not pre-order items are delivered automatically by our system when payment clears for your purchase. If an activation code & permanent download link are not received within 1 hour of payment being transmitted for your order, please check your spam inbox before inquiring about your order. In some cases, activation code emails will be blocked from inboxes entirely, and our team will try to respond to user inquiries about activation codes that failed to arrive within 24 hours. Please note that we cannot tell from our end when an activation email did not arrive in your inbox, so please reach out if they have not arrived.

Pre-ordered digital items will be sent within 1 day of the release date of the product. Please note that depending on the volume of pre-orders, some users may receive the activation codes and download links before other users due to email limitations.

 

Physical Products

Most of our physical products are sold as pre-order items, so the estimated shipment date may change due to manufacturing times. Physical products will be sent to any country currently being served by United States postal companies (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If your country is not a valid recipient at the time of shipment, we will contact you and hold your package until it is able to be shipped, ship it to a proxy of your choice, or refund your order if desired.

Physical editions of software items will also be delivered through email on the release date if a pre-order, or on the order date if an in-stock purchase.
